The Hydrovane HV (ACE) series horizontal enclosed fixed and regulated speed rotary vane compressors offer world class flexibility and reliability to customers and satisfies the larger air demands of industry. Slow speed direct drive operation coupled with few moving parts means less components to fail and no power loss through belts or gears. Maintenance costs are reduced by the simple construction and grouped service components; spin-off / spin-on separator and filter elements further simplify maintenance and decrease the time required for routine service.
Hydrovane HV (ACE) series is enclosed for quiet operation, and with low noise levels these compressors can be conveniently located at the point of use.
The HV 75 (ACE) RS offers energy savings of up to 50% due to decreased electricity consumption. This unit produces only the amount of air required to meet application demand. The air cooled inverter drive comes with built-in line reactors and built-in EMC filter. Lower off load power (down to 25%) is delivered by the Auto-Idle system (REVS).
An energy saving regulated speed (RS) option is only available in 75 kW (100 hp) only.
