Non-Standard Products (NSP)

A comprehensive standard range of Hydrovane Compressors are readily available to suit almost any industrial market sector application with competitive ex-works delivery lead-times. However, there are occasions where an end customer may require a special build and Hydrovane has many years of proven experience in being able to deliver non-standard product solutions (NSP) from 1.1 kW (1.5 hp) up to 75 kW (100 hp).

Hydrovane non-standard products are competitively priced. The engineering development time required to develop a special build is built into the cost, unless otherwise specified. Ex-works delivery lead-times are quoted subject to the design specification and component sourcing. Initial budget pricing is available with finalised price level confirmation based on the agreed final specification. Non-standard product builds cover both Air Ends and complete packages solutions. Special non-standard build options include: -

Custom Solutions

The Hydrovane Air End is an incredibly versatile piece of Engineering. The possibilities are endless when it comes to supplying compressed air to a specific application outside of the standard Industrial area.

Because of their longevity and resistance to challenging environmental conditions, the Hydrovane Air End can provide reliable, clean, pulse-free air for unusual applications where other compressor technologies are not up to the task.

Custom solutions may be related to the environment in which the compressed air is produced and/or used. For example high-temperature applications in Foundries or Aluminium Smelting Plants are a speciality of Hydrovane.
