The company is committed to providing the Hydrovane owner with fully trained engineers to care for their investment.
In our fully equipped training school we instruct our distributors service engineers on the correct procedures of service and repair.
Engineers are taught the theory of compression, the principles of valve operation combined with practical training on installed and fully operational compressors.
All engineers must pass a written examination and only then are presented with a qualifying certificate of competence.
Regularly, the distributor service engineers attend update courses to ensure they are always fully aware of the latest products and improvements.
A comprehensive range of service tools are available for use by our authorised Hydrovane distributors for the efficient and effective servicing of our complete compressor range. A range of 6 separate oil seal tools (prefixed 'S') are available for our older horizontal compressor ranges (Legacy (711, 715, 818, 822, 830, 837 and 845) and current builds HV01 (501), HV02, (502), HV04RM (504), HV05RM (705) and HV07RM (707)). In terms of our current vertical (ACE) and horizontal (PEAS) compressor ranges, a comprehensive range of 19 separate service tools (VST01 to VST19) are available individually (covering all service requirements), or as a complete set (VST-ALL).
